Incredibly delectable Baked Apples with Peanut Butter and Coconut filling

Ingredients:

5 medium size Red Delicious Apples

8 marshmallows cut in little cubes (I used a pair of scissors dedicated for cooking)

4 tablespoons of peanut butter

3 tablespoons of shredded coconut

3 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of white sugar

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of ground muscat

Chocolate syrup and some shredded coconut to decorate
